moshi moshi is a New Luxury fashion group based in Amsterdam, NL.

Our activities include design, sourcing and production; brand- and creative concept development; sales, marketing and distribution; brand strategy consulting, event production, PR and communication.

moshi moshi group was founded by Steve te Pas in November, 1997. Starting out as an agency for European fashion, casual and street wear brands, the company signed its first Europe-wide distribution contract with Japanese denim "hardliners" Evisu in 1998.

New brands were added to the portfolio steadily and an international network of showrooms was built in the following years. We created the term 'new luxury' to describe the core of the segment we were developing; high quality, aspirational denim, tailoring, street- and sportswear brands, positioned between the existing premium mainstream and 'traditional' luxury segments.

The group was expanded by the addition of Ganbaroo Brand Support Unit (a creative concept- and strategy development & event production company) in 2002, Amsterdam International Fashion Week in 2004 and Ganbaroo PR PR (a 'new luxury' fashion & lifestyle PR agency) in 2006.

In 2002, the company entered a new phase in its development through the launch of our first own brand Blue Blood. The enormous success and potential of the brand has given cause for a strategic re-assessment of our activities. As of 2007 we have ceased our agency and third-party brand distribution activities, focusing only on the development of our own brands Blue Blood and Percy Irausquin (and Amsterdam International Fashion Week).
